Orders are confirmed once we reply or send a confirmation email. We work in small batches around the British game seasons, so availability can change — we'll always tell you before taking payment.

Payment is taken at the point of order or on collection at a market. Prices include VAT where applicable.

If something isn't right with your order, let us know within 24 hours of receiving it and we'll put it right — refund, replacement or credit on your next order.

Game is a natural product and may occasionally contain shot. Storage and cooking guidance is on the packaging — if you're unsure, ask.
