Can I collect at a market?
Yes. Pre-order in the week and we'll bring it to the next market we're trading at — no queuing.
Fresh or frozen?
Most cuts arrive freshly butchered and vacuum-sealed, ready to cook or freeze on the day.
Why does the range change?
We work with the British game seasons. When something's out, it's out — we don't fake it.
I've never cooked game before.
If you can cook a roast chicken or a sausage, you can cook most of what we sell. We'll tell you how if you ask.
Is there shot in the meat?
Occasionally — it's wild food. We do our best to remove it, but always check as you'd with any wild game.
Do you do trade orders?
Yes — pubs, restaurants and farm shops. Drop us an email and we'll talk.
