We run delivery rounds across Hertfordshire on selected days each week. Send us your postcode and we'll confirm the next available slot.

Pre-order any time up to 48 hours before our next market and we'll have it bagged and ready — no queuing.

Orders are vacuum-sealed and packed in insulated boxes with ice packs for delivery. Most cuts arrive fresh and ready to cook or freeze on the day.

We currently keep things local. If you're nearby and want to ask, drop us a line — we'd rather say no than send something we can't stand behind.
